BANANA COAST – GROUND BREAKING March 12, 2011
Randy Jorgensen, CEO of Life Vision Developments announced this week that the much anticipated Cruise Ship terminal project in Trujillo has crossed the final milestone and is ready to break ground.
On Friday February 4, 2011 Randy together with senior officials from the Presidential Commission and Municipality of Trujillo successfully concluded the property acquisition for the cruise line port. (see www.bananacoast.com ). “The conclusion is a culmination of 3 years of effort that could not have been successful without widespread cooperation from the community, support from all levels of government, and a committed investment team. We do need to celebrate this milestone and recognize the efforts of all the people who have made this possible. My heartfelt thanks to all of the investors, and the Fast Track Team for their continued support and commitment.”
The official date for the ground breaking ceremony has been confirmed, Saturday March 12, 2011 in Trujillo. President Porfirio Lobo and members of Congress and Administration will be on hand to commemorate this historic day.
Banana Coast will be a significant catalyst in expanding the tourism economy in Trujillo and surrounding areas, Sante Fe and Guadaloupe. The mainland terminal will include a 50,000 square foot commercial center housing various retail commercial businesses, municipal offices and be the main transportation hub for the various excursion tours. We have already started receiving requests from international residents looking for information on commercial space for lease.
Life Vision property owners will benefit directly as the cruise terminal operations once in full swing, will bring thousands of visitors to the area. Our properties in Campa Vista, Coroz Alta and Alta Vista are located along the most prime real estate in the Bay of Trujillo. The homes in gated communities alongside the mountain offer breathtaking, panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and a cloud forest back drop. Visitors coming for multi-day visits will be thrilled with access to accommodation being so close as our developments are less than 15 minutes away from the terminal.
Estate sized acreage properties are still available at pre-development prices making it ideal for someone looking for a ground floor real estate investment or someone look for an ideal place to retire. As development continues to expand, property at these prices wont remain at the same level for long.
If you are in Trujillo on the weekend of March 12, please join us at the ceremony. For more information, contact info@lifevisionproperties.com.
