President Lobo Attends Ceremony at Banana Coast

President Porfirio Lobo and other dignitaries were in attendance at the Port Dedication ceremony for Banana Coast on June 13, 2013. Randy Jorgensen, CEO of Life Vision developments was very excited to officially commemorate the port and called it a “historic day for Trujillo and the people of Honduras”. Amongst the invited guests were local area government officials, business leaders and investors from as far away as Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Doug, a Canadian investor in the cruise port and also owns property in the Alta Vista development came to Trujillo over a week ago to see their property and look at house designs for the house they plan to build. He and his wife Kim were thrilled to be part of this exciting event and are very happy with their investments in Trujillo. The city is getting prepared for the tourism to begin with the first ship visits to Banana Coast scheduled in December 2014.
