Cruise Conference to be held in Honduras
The Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association has chosen Honduras as its first host country for the 1st Annual Central America Cruise Conference.
The event to be held on May 4th-6th in San Pedro Sula will include the the seven countries which form Central America, Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador,HONDURAS, Nicaragua, Panama and Columbia. They will have a forum to discuss with cruise industry partners information about their markets and share ideas.
Michele Paige, President of FCCA says that “this conference is designed so the FCCA can focus on one of the industries rapidly emerging markets, Central America.” It is the premier Central American cruise industry event of the year to meet key industry players, analyze trends and discuss issues in the industry.
The ground breaking of Banana Coast in Trujillo on March 11th is well timed for presentation once again to the key players in the cruise industry. Construction of the Oceanfront Commercial Center will begin this year with the goal to be ready in latter 2012.
